Recently Xiaomi has launched its two new smartphones known as the Xiaomi Redmi Y1 and the Y1 Lite in India. The latest news suggests that Xiaomi is working on a new handset known as the Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus.
A new smartphone appears in an image which shows a new handset with a fantastic design, and it looks like Xiaomi might be launching it soon. Let’s check out the leaked specifications and features of the device.
The image appears on a Chinese social website known as the Weibo and shows a new design statement of Xiaomi smartphones. The image shows a smartphone in Matte black color; it sports a Dual-Camera setup in the rear like the Mi A1 and the front, an 18:9 screen can be seen. We are not yet sure that the image is a real render or is a fan-created one but one thing is clear from the rear it looks similar to that of the old Redmi Pro.
Currently, there is no latest Bezel-less smartphone from Xiaomi other than the Mi Mix 2, and it looks like Xiaomi is cooking a new smartphone for the budget customers with an 18:9 Screen that has very thin bezels. The device is rumored to come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630(64 bit) Octa-Core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The phone will come in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. It will run on the latest MIUI 9 which is yet to be announced officially in some regions.
