The flagship Killer OnePlus 6 is the upcoming Android competitor of the Galaxy S9/S9 Plus with its beefy specs at pocket-friendly prices. And we have heard the rumors, leaks about the device since many many months now and many and now what we have here are actual live images of the device itself. These new live images of the devices come from the courtesy of a Chinese website.
Now diving straight into these images starting with the front side, and yes we have a notch here sticking out similar to the Huawei P20 and on the upcoming Moto X5 as well. However, this one stretches to the edges on all four sides, and we don’t have a noticeably huge bezel at the bottom or top. Within the top notch, the OnePlus 6 has a front-facing camera and the earpiece, so no dual front sensors. The device runs on OxygenOS 5.10 based on Android Oreo 8.1, and this one is a 6GB RAM/64GB storage model.
While on the rear we a camera cluster in a vertical fashion and under that sits a fingerprint sensor which is similarly shaped like the Galaxy S9 Plus. The back is now entirely made of glass rather than metal like it did last year. The side edges on the rear side are slightly curved making it quite ergonomic to hold.
On the specs side, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 will be running the show under its hood, and the top model will have 8GB of RAM and storage options as always the norm will start from 64GB, 128GB and this time lets see if OnePlus offers 256GB storage variant.
