Xiaomi, a well known Chinese giant has recently sent out invites for its upcoming smartphone in India. In case you don’t know the brand has announced its Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus handsets a few days back and we are expecting the launch of Redmi 5 Plus in India.
The brand has recently posted on various platforms about their upcoming device, and according to them something related to number “5” is coming, so let’s know more about it.

The device will go official on the occasion of Valentine’s day i-e on 14th February; some probability is there that the brand might rebrand the Redmi 5 Plus smartphone as Redmi Note 5 for India and the device internals will remain the same. Redmi 5 Plus Chinese version comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, and it is among the record of few Xiaomi handsets that house an 18:9 ratio Display. It sports a 12MP rear snapper while in the front, a 5MP shooter is there. The device runs on a 3000mAh battery and houses a Metallic design.

Every second day a new leak is coming about the Redmi Note 5 handset and also India is the second biggest market for Xiaomi due to which there are some possibilities of an all-new smartphone from the brand which will be a new designed Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.
Xiaomi has done a similar thing before with their Mi A1 as the global launch of the device was held in India, and this time as well they may have a similar plan. Though giving the final judgment is too early at the moment so we will have to wait for a few more days to finally see the much awaited Redmi Note 5 smartphone.
