After the Galaxy S9 launch the Samsung Galaxy S9 has leaked several times here and here. Nowadays Camera plays a vital role in smartphones, there are a lot of brands which are offering Dual-Camera that are capable of producing great looking images.
But when it comes to video recording, Sony is the market leader with its Flagship series devices Xperia XZ1, XZ Premium which can record 4K videos and can even record Slo-Mo videos up to a whopping 900fps. No brand currently is offering this kind of stuff, but as per the recent news Samsung is also coming with something similar to this, let’s check out more about this.
Reportedly Samsung has made an Image sensor technology of its own which will be able to record Slo-Mo videos up to 1000fps. If you don’t know, then the movies we watch are shot in 24fps, and above 120fps the video becomes slow motion. Currently, Sony is the only brand that has the technology to embed this type of triple layer sensors in a smartphone. For this Sony has used a separate microprocessor that can do all calculations quickly.
Because of Patent issues, Samsung has gone with something new, as per the sources the Samsung’s system uses a two-layer algorithm which is dissimilar to that of the Sony’s sensor. The invention of this sensor can be a significant example that how badly Samsung wants to grab Sony’s customers, at the same time it is also a sign that soon we will see this kind of tech in the upcoming Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 9, etc. For further updates stay tuned to us.
