Xiaomi Mi Note 2 launched with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage

So in spite of all those rumors claiming that a new flagship device from Xiaomi was coming, the company has just launched a newer variant of the last year’s Mi Note 2.

There were quite a few rumors buzzing recently that Xiaomi was gearing up for the launch of a new flagship device which was being presumed to be the successor of the Mi Mix or a Plus variant of the Mi6 but unfortunately all of these rumors proved to be false, the company did release a phone today, but it was not a new one rather a newer variant of a pre-existing model.

The Mi Note 2 was launched last year and offered two options, one with 4GB/64GB while the other one offered 6GB/128GB, and now the company has launched a middle variant which comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.

The device is available for sale in China currently and comes at a price of around 2699 Yuan which roughly equates to $380/ INR 24,500.
