Vivo is about to unveil its new smartphone called the X20. And from this new image, it clearly says on September 21, the launch event will kick-off. While the device previously leaked numerous times, spilling all the beans. And so far, we have an idea about, what it’s packing under the hood along with its render and live images.
The X20 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Soc, which is an Octa-Core chipset; based on the same Kryo architecture same as the Snapdragon 820 and 821. It’s clocked at 2.2 GHz and coupled with powerful Adreno 512 GPU. Moreover, it also features a facial recognition dubbed as Face Wake; unlocking within an insane 0.1 seconds.

On the memory side, it’s expected to come with 6Gigs of RAM with 64GB storage. While the front houses the massive 5.8-inch Full HD plus display with 18:9 screen ratio. Making the device has very minimal bezels and curved corners, like the LG G6 and V30. Also, another good news is that the Panel is an AMOLED one.
Furthermore, the company is known for providing best in class front camera hardware, for taking great selfies. And this continues again here with a crazy 24 megapixel front snapper with moonlight flash. The same 24MP camera sensor is mounted on the rear, and keeping it alive is a decent 3500mAh battery.

However, this time the design seems to have a premium metal construction rather than plastic made like the Vivo V7 plus has cheap build, this will improve in that aspect. Stay tuned, as we cover the launch on 21st of September.
