Step 1: Download EMUI 9 Dialer APK from the link mentioned.
Step 2: Go to the downloads folder and open the downloaded APK, if you haven’t enabled Unknown Sources on your device, it will show a pop-up, click on the setting icon in the pop-up and toggle the Unknown Sources Option.
Step 3: Return to the Downloaded APK and install it.
