Samsung Granted New Foldable Device Patent

The increasing�demand for new technology in smartphones pushed LG and Samsung to invest heavily in foldable technological innovations.

Samsung just filed another patent for a foldable device, which holds on to your hats and�folds on the side. So when you open the device, you will get a tablet-looking device in Landscape mode.

As you can see, the patent application�describes�how the flexible device will work.

We have seen many patent applications from both Samsung and LG. According�to the Evan Blass aka evleaks, both Samsung and LG planning to launch foldable smartphones in the 2nd half of 2017. Well, the time is not so far. However, the commercial�public release may take time.
