We all know that Samsung is on its way to release out the Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy S8-Series and Galaxy S7-Series, and we are sure that this will bring new features to the device. However, today we are not here to tell you that old story, a fresh and exclusive information is coming about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 devices.
The model number of the devices are also leaked, so without wasting a single second let’s jump to the info.
If you recall then, Samsung has launched the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus in March 2017 which means that we can expect the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus to launch in March 2018, exactly after one year of the S8-series launch.
The model number of the two devices are also leaked, for the Galaxy S9 it is SM-G960 and for the S9 Plus it is the SM-G965, if you look it broadly then there is nothing new as S8’s model number is SM-G950 and for S8 Plus it is SM-G955.
New information has revealed that Samsung has already started working on the firmware of the two devices and as per the disclosure, they will be known as “G960FXXU0AQI5” for the Galaxy S9 and “G965FXXU0AQI5” for the Galaxy S9 Plus.
The two phones will run on the latest version of Exynos UI based on Android 8.0 Oreo. The two devices will come with features like Face Unlock, Dual-Cameras, Infinity Display and much more. For further information stay tuned.
