Samsung has already started the first phase of Android Oreo beta in countries like US, UK, and its home state as well, however, looks like now the company has begun its second phase of the stage.
Which means the Android Oreo beta update is currently rolling out in India, as this was the country mentioned in the second phase. Along with India, other countries will soon join in the second period, and they include, China, Spain, France, Poland and Germany, these are next in the queue following the Indian Oreo beta release.
The update is currently live in India and is seeding the Galaxy S8/S8 Plus users; this brings the beta version of Android Oreo on top of which Samsung Experience UI 9.0 is running. The size of the software beta update is 1.4GB, and you can expect all kinds of bugs in this. So you might lose some functions or gain new ones.
Now, coming towards the new list of countries that will join in the second phase, should expect the Oreo beta around next week or so. Moreover, remember one thing that this update is only available for users who have registered for the beta program. If you want to sign-up for the Oreo beta program, just download the Samsung+ app from the play store, make an account there and you’re done. Lastly, the final version of the Android Oreo 8.0 is expected to arrive somewhere around in January 2018 or in early February.
