The wait for Redmi 5 Plus users is now over. Not to get confused as it is known as Redmi Note 5 in India. Surprised! It is surprising because MIUI 10 is now available to download.

The security patch for the Redmi 5 Plus has been updated to 5th of November 2018 in the latest update.
Well, the update has addressed the Second SIM card not detected the issue in Italy.
Both the issues of the front camera getting frozen while in portrait mode & also of camera app getting crashed intermittently have been solved.
Crashing issue while moving files from the Bluetooth folder is now fixed. Inability to switch on DND mode automatically after restarting the phone has also been taken care off.
Downloading The Update!
- First things first, better safe than sorry, get a backup of all your personalized data from your device.
- Then, download the update, to do so just head on to the Updater app in your device > Tap on Check for the update.
- Now, the screen will flash with the update being available with the version no. 10.0.4.0.OEGMIFH.
- Now, tap on Install to download & install the OTA update.
