Realme’s India’s most pop brand among the youth has been successful with the launch of its Realme 3 and Realme 3 Pro smartphone, and the device is now getting some new updates over the air, it is also bundled with the not so new Android security patch of May 2019, but it’s better than not getting one at all. The update has a build number of RMX1825EX_11_A.16, and this one can also be downloaded from the brand’s own website, which you can get here, along with the instructions to download and install the OTA package manually. The latest update for Realme 3 brings a whole host of new features such as a brand new theme store and an app store to customize the look of your device, the company’s has been excellent on the UI side, keeping things simple and minimalistic and with this new theme store realme is playing really safe, with the user interface.
Along with that, you also get a something called as lock screen magazine which is, of course, customizable to your liking, the serves the purpose of getting the latest news update from the moment you power-on your handset, and not even going pass through the lock screen, which saves a lot of taps.
However, we hope, this isn’t anything related to sponsored stories shown directly to your lock-screen, like what we have seen on Xiaomi’s MIUI, adverts on the lock screen, hope this is not that.
