Opera has pushed a brand new update for its app on Android and is now available for download via the Google Play Store. It gets a bump to Chromium 66 now, after being on Chromium 63 for a while and with this new update you get all new security enhancements, password manager tools, loads of new settings and much more optimized experience.
Opera has a history of being the most used and feature browser before Android was even born or popular and seeing the android version of the browser is also on par with the desktop version means opera hasn’t give against the might resource hungry google chrome. The browser was earlier well known for saving data on Java-based OS feature mobiles, and the legacy also continues with this one. Opera now also has a VPN app as well.
Opera used a special server to make a compact copy of the CSS and JS of websites and served it to you on your mobile and thus saving data, since the beginning. And with this new update, you will stay up to date with new security measures being implemented especially for passwords and nifty little features like quick swipe support to get rid of history.
