The image tweeted by Evan Blass shows an iPhone in what appears to be a rugged third-party case, revealing the Bezel less front face in all its glory. On the front, we have the same looking top panel coming inside the OLED panel as per suggested by earlier leaks.
That top front panel houses the ear piece, flanked by an array of sensors and cameras. Two sensors may be infrared or Iris scanners on one side and two cameras on the other side. Thus, further fueling the facial recognition rumor to be true. These front sensors are also believed to house a couple of infrared sensors to do facial detection in the night-time. Which many phones have failed in the past to do so. While a front flash would have helped; but if this works fine, then there’s no room to complain.
Moreover, on the left side, we have the volume rocker keys in vertically aligned rectangular shaped. Sadly the other side is not in the render thus leaving more room for speculations about the same. About the rumored side mounted finger print reader or the omission of the scanner altogether. Nor we have an image of the rear panel, to confirm whether it houses on the back, with the dual camera setup.
The render could be pretty accurate if the case maker is using their CAD sources and not the fan made renders to showcase their new products for the upcoming iPhone 8. Lastly we on the right most side next to the array of sensors on the top. That area will house all the notifications and the status bar. Where the half space gets eaten by the front cameras, sensors and ear piece.
