LG G6 will get Android Oreo Update soon, Screenshots Leaked

LG launched its�beast LG G6 smartphone and the device was loved by the Android community worldwide, but over the time the new LG V30 has replaced it and is the new flagship of LG. Recently LG has started pushing out the new Android 8.0 Oreo update for the LG V30 in Korea and today we are back with some fresh information for the LG G6 users.

Some screenshots were leaked on the Internet, and you can see an LG G6 device running on Android Oreo in them which indicates that soon LG will be making it official so let�s check out more about it.

The latest leaked screenshots are from a Chinese source, and now one fact is confirmed that LG has already started testing out the new Oreo update for the LG G6 smartphone. It appears to be a Beta update, but we are not sure that whether LG will first launch the Beta update or will directly move towards the final built.

The software version is V19A, and it supports various models of the same device including LGM-G600L, LGM-G600S, LGM-G600K, LGM-G600LR, LGM-G600SR, LGM-G600KR, etc.

This update will bring some features to the device including PIP(picture in picture) mode, Adaptive icons, improved notification channel, new all icons, etc. Users can also expect major performance improvements in this upcoming update; it will be based on a new security patch which will make the device more secure and free from malware.
