Google has been testing out some new features for the Play Store and now looks like the software giant has come up with a new one, which now shows you a new section. When you swipe from the left to reveal the hamburger menu options, under my apps and games, you’ll find it, which is called as just Notifications. This new notification tab will now display every notification related to your apps all in one place.
This new standalone notification screen as reported by androidpolice, for now just shows All notifications caught up, maybe this due to the fact that, the fully functional tray will roll out in a next update or so. But for now, it’s just there and does nothing yet.
However, this is where, from now on you’ll be seeing all of your notifications from your apps and games to show-up, and when you tap on the settings icon on the top right corner, you’ll be taken to the regular settings options where you enable and disable the auto-updates options and such.
Moreover, this new tab isn’t visible on all devices as of now, and as per the norm the update will spread across the globe region wise, so do wait until it reaches you, or get the latest version of Google Play Store on your device.
