Apple iOS 13 will not be available on these Apple devices (Report)

We are just a few weeks from Apple releasing the iOS 13 developer beta 1. iOS 13 is rumored to be the most significant update yet from Apple. The last year’s iOS 12 update did not bring any major features or changes, so Apple fans have a lot of expectations from iOS 13. The release of Apple iOS 13 will also be the end of update support for some popular Apple devices. We’ll take a look at these devices in just a minute, let’s first take a look at some of the features of the iOS 13.

Top iOS 13 Features

  • Dark Mode
  • New File System
  • Improvements to the native mail app
  • New Gestures
  • Revamp of Home Screen

Some latest rumors suggest that Apple iOS 13 will not be compatible with the Apple iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, or the Apple iPhone SE. These devices still sell a lot especially in countries like India. So ending the update support for these devices will be a big blow to some Apple fans. Also, the iPhone SE runs on the Apple A9 chipset which is also used in iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus suggesting the fact that the latest iOS update might not be compatible with the later two iPhones as well.

The update support for the original iPad Air and iPad mini 2 will also be dropped. These devices are more than capable of handling the new update, but Apple seems to be phasing these devices out.
