OnePlus’s Oreo plans as we reported earlier has crawled ahead in the beta stage(which is closed now) for the OnePlus 3 and now what we have here is a leaked Android Oreo 8.0 HydrogenOS ROM, which is a Chinese variant of its global counterpart. OnePlus devices outside of mainland China runs on company’s OxygenOS, while the Chinese OnePlus devices have HydrogenOS.
And the latest leaked firmware is the HydrongenOS which is based on Android Oreo. So, its what the One plus 3T will get once the beta testing phase is over. Now if you’re thinking to flash this ROM on your one plus 3T, that it’s recommended that you drop that idea, because of its Chinese firmware with all the basebands from their region.
Moreover, these leaked Chinese ROM also don’t have Gapps and play services, but you can flash them separately anytime. However, there’ll be soon XDA developers working on it and preparing a compatible OxygenOS beta version.

As far as early reports are concerned, the ROM works fine with everything from camera to WiFi hotspot(the things that usually have issues) on the 3T device; with model number A3003.
